Psalm 16:1-11
1) Preserve me, God, for in you do I take refuge.
2) My soul, you have said to Yahweh, "You are my Lord. Apart from you I have no good thing."
3) As for the saints who are in the earth, They are the excellent ones in whom is all my delight.
4) Their sorrows shall be multiplied who give gifts to another god. Their drink-offerings of blood I will not offer, Nor take their names on my lips.
5) Yahweh assigned my portion and my cup. You made my lot secure.
6) The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places. Yes, I have a good inheritance.
7) I will bless Yahweh, who has given me counsel. Yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons.
8) I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
9) Therefore my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices. My body shall also dwell in safety.
10) For you will not leave my soul in Sheol, Neither will you allow your holy one to see corruption.
11) You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 17 A Prayer by David.
Psalm 45:1-9
1) My heart overflows with a noble theme. I recite my verses for the king. My tongue is like the pen of a skillful writer.
2) You are the most excellent of the sons of men. Grace has anointed your lips, Therefore God has blessed you forever.
3) Gird your sword on your thigh, mighty one, Your splendor and your majesty.
4) In your majesty ride on victoriously on behalf of truth, humility, and righteousness. Let your right hand display awesome deeds.
5) Your arrows are sharp. The nations fall under you, with arrows in the heart of the king‘s enemies.
6) Your throne, God, is forever and ever. A scepter of equity is the scepter of your kingdom.
7) You have loved righteousness, and hated wickedness. Therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.
8) All your garments smell like myrrh, aloes, and cassia. Out of ivory palaces stringed instruments have made you glad.
9) Kings‘ daughters are among your honorable women. At your right hand the queen stands in gold of Ophir.
Psalm 110:1-2
1) Yahweh says to my Lord, "Sit at my right hand, Until I make your enemies your footstool for your feet."
2) Yahweh will send forth the rod of your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of your enemies.
Daniel 2:44
44) In the days of those kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall the sovereignty of it be left to another people; but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.
Matthew 22:41-46
41) Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question,
42) saying, "What do you think of the Christ? Whose son is he?" They said to him, "Of David."
43) He said to them, "How then does David in the Spirit call him Lord, saying,
44) ‘The Lord said to my Lord, Sit on my right hand, Until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet?‘
45) "If then David calls him Lord, how is he his son?"
46) No one was able to answer him a word, neither dared any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.
Mark 16:19
19) So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
Acts 2:22-36
22) "You men of Israel, hear these words. Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as you yourselves know,
23) him, being delivered up by the determined counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by the hand of lawless men, crucified and killed;
24) whom God raised up, having freed him from the agony of death, because it was not possible that he should be held by it.
25) For David says concerning him, ‘I saw the Lord always before my face, For he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved.
26) Therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced. Moreover my flesh also will dwell in hope;
27) Because you will not leave my soul in Hades, Neither will you allow your Holy One to see decay.
28) You made known to me the ways of life. You will make me full of gladness with your presence.‘
29) "Brothers, I may tell you freely of the patriarch David, that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.
30) Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, he would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne,
31) he foreseeing this spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that neither was his soul left in Hades, nor did his flesh see decay.
32) This Jesus God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
33) Being therefore exalted by the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured forth this, which you now see and hear.
34) For David didn‘t ascend into the heavens, but he says himself, ‘The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit by my right hand,
35) Until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet."‘
36) "Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified."
Hebrews 1:8-14
8) but of the Son he says, "Your throne, God, is forever and ever; The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your kingdom.
9) You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; Therefore God, your God, has anointed you With the oil of gladness above your fellows."
10) And, "You, Lord, in the beginning, laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the works of your hands.
11) They will perish, but you continue. They all will grow old like a garment does.
12) As a mantle you will roll them up. And they will be changed. But you are the same. Your years will not fail."
13) But of which of the angels has he said at any time, "Sit at my right hand, Until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet?"
14) Aren‘t they all ministering spirits, sent forth to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?
