2 Timothy 3:1-5
1) But know this, that in the last days, grievous times will come.
2) For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3) without natural affection, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good,
4) traitors, headstrong, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God;
5) holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power thereof. Turn away from these, also.
2 Timothy 3:14-16

10) Then he said to them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions to him for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord: neither be you grieved; for the joy of Yahweh is your strength.
11) So the Levites stilled all the people, saying, Hold your peace, for the day is holy; neither be you grieved.
12) All the people went their way to eat, and to drink, and to send portions, and to make great mirth, because they had understood the words that were declared to them.

13) But we are bound to always give thanks to God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning for salvation in sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth;
14) whereunto he called you through our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15) So then, brothers, stand firm, and hold the traditions which you were taught by us, whether by word, or by letter.
16) Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace,
