Matthew 18:21-22
21) Then Peter came and said to him, "Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?"
22) Jesus said to him, "I don‘t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.
Genesis 37:23-28
23) It happened, when Joseph came to his brothers, that they stripped Joseph of his coat, the coat of many colors that was on him;
24) and they took him, and threw him into the pit. The pit was empty. There was no water in it.
25) They sat down to eat bread, and they lifted up their eyes and looked, and saw a caravan of Ishmaelites was coming from Gilead, with their camels bearing spices and balm and myrrh, going to carry it down to Egypt.
26) Judah said to his brothers, "What profit is it if we kill our brother and conceal his blood?
27) Come, and let‘s sell him to the Ishmaelites, and not let our hand be on him; for he is our brother, our flesh." His brothers listened to him.
28) Midianites who were merchants passed by, and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for twenty pieces of silver. They brought Joseph into Egypt.
Mark 3:1-5
1) He entered again into the synagogue, and there was a man there who had his hand withered.
2) They watched him, whether he would heal him on the Sabbath day, that they might accuse him.
3) He said to the man who had his hand withered, "Stand up."
4) He said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? To save a life, or to kill?" But they were silent.
5) When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
1 Peter 5:6-10
6) Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time;
7) casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
8) Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
9) Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings.
10) But may the God of all grace (who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus), after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
Ephesians 4:30-32
30) Don‘t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed to the day of redemption.
31) Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice.
32) Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
