The scriptures below are from the WEB Bible.
Genesis 39:1-4
1) Joseph was brought down to Egypt. Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh‘s, the captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him from the hand of the Ishmaelites that had brought him down there.
2) Yahweh was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man. He was in the house of his master the Egyptian.
3) His master saw that Yahweh was with him, and that Yahweh made all that he did prosper in his hand.
4) Joseph found favor in his sight. He ministered to him, and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand.
Genesis 40:8
8) They said to him, "We have dreamed a dream, and there is no one who can interpret it." Joseph said to them, "Don‘t interpretations belong to God? Please tell it to me."
Genesis 40:14
14) But remember me when it will be well with you, and show kindness, please, to me, and make mention of me to Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house.
Genesis 40:23
23) Yet the chief butler didn‘t remember Joseph, but forgot him.
Genesis 41:1-32
1) It happened at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh dreamed: and, behold, he stood by the river.
2) Behold, there came up out of the river seven cattle, well-favored and fat-fleshed, and they fed in the reed-grass.
3) Behold, seven other cattle came up after them out of the river, ill-favored and lean-fleshed, and stood by the other cattle on the brink of the river.
4) The ill-favored and lean-fleshed cattle ate up the seven well-favored and fat cattle. So Pharaoh awoke.
5) He slept and dreamed a second time: and, behold, seven ears of grain came up on one stalk, rank and good.
6) Behold, seven ears, thin and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them.
7) The thin ears swallowed up the seven rank and full ears. Pharaoh awoke, and, behold, it was a dream.
8) It happened in the morning that his spirit was troubled, and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men of it. Pharaoh told them his dream, but there was no one who could interpret them to Pharaoh.
9) Then the chief butler spoke to Pharaoh, saying, "I remember my faults today.
10) Pharaoh was angry with his servants, and put me in custody in the house of the captain of the guard, me and the chief baker.
11) We dreamed a dream in one night, I and he. We dreamed each man according to the interpretation of his dream.
12) There was with us there a young man, a Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard, and we told him, and he interpreted to us our dreams. To each man according to his dream he did interpret.
13) It happened, as he interpreted to us, so it was: me he restored to my office, and him he hanged."
14) Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon. He shaved himself, changed his clothing, and came in to Pharaoh.
15) Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I have dreamed a dream, and there is no one who can interpret it. I have heard it said of you, that when you hear a dream you can interpret it."
16) Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, "It isn‘t in me: God will give Pharaoh an answer of peace."
17) Pharaoh spoke to Joseph, "In my dream, behold, I stood on the brink of the river:
18) and, behold, there came up out of the river seven cattle, fat-fleshed and well-favored. They fed in the reed-grass,
19) and, behold, seven other cattle came up after them, poor and very ill-favored and lean-fleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness.
20) The lean and ill-favored cattle ate up the first seven fat cattle,
21) and when they had eaten them up, it couldn‘t be known that they had eaten them, but they were still ill-favored, as at the beginning. So I awoke.
22) I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up on one stalk, full and good:
23) and, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them.
24) The thin ears swallowed up the seven good ears. I told it to the magicians; but there was no one who could explain it to me."
25) Joseph said to Pharaoh, "The dream of Pharaoh is one. What God is about to do he has declared to Pharaoh.
26) The seven good cattle are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven years. The dream is one.
27) The seven lean and ill-favored cattle that came up after them are seven years, and also the seven empty ears blasted with the east wind; they will be seven years of famine.
28) That is the thing which I spoke to Pharaoh. What God is about to do he has showed to Pharaoh.
29) Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt.
30) There will arise after them seven years of famine, and all the plenty will be forgotten in the land of Egypt. The famine will consume the land,
31) and the plenty will not be known in the land by reason of that famine which follows; for it will be very grievous.
32) The dream was doubled to Pharaoh, because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.

This is a machine transcript of the sermon. It won't be completely accurate of what's said in the sermon.
The message I have today is a company or partner, and the understanding that we have between these two words are similar but different company partner and I was thinking of it in the context of how that the Holy Spirit is accompanying us, and partnering with us and it's it. It's important that what God is going to do with us through us and us in this new year is going to be. He's already done this, but it's up to us to understand what he is inferring whenever he is partnering with us when we are accompanied by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and so the two words I've asked David if you come up and I have Lorraine here are going to have a sense of what happened happens in a partnering perspective, especially when David is a site about rock climbing and an accompaniment and accompany us to accompany someone is from the orchestra. What does the orchestra look forward as a conductor, look for what is that of flu. Just look for in a company. So David, you have the mic is there Mikey could use to make sure this one here on note. Okay. All right morning I found that so what partner means our company means in the climbing world is. I guess it makes a good partner, somebody who looks out for you in rockclimbing and somebody who is on is safe. First and foremost, and has has in order to be safe, they have to have the experience and knowledge to be able to be there with you. And while to me. I think the idea partner and accompanying has any has most to do with knowing that there are times when when each person. Kind of takes the lead in the other one is the support to be able to take care for them and carry for them whenever and whenever is is needed and not also in our experience with that in wassail Salvador and our partners. We've had a lot of experience with US church partners you come down on mission trips and serving trips and serving teams and they talk about it sometimes is a partnership, but sometimes is not really a partnership when we as North Americans come down and want to do things to her for the poor people as the passive people. That's not partnership but that's not accompaniment but when the true partnership happens. It is when they people are willing to walk alongside and truly a company and and be with and work alongside people in their in their own poverty, said that there is no one whose passes in the partnership so that the brief overview of what we'd be consider partnership and the climbing and and and loss, a world and Lorraine love us to speak in public, though she doesn't exist to play for the ten thousandth of the last Crusade the no it. It's not quite that bad. There is a cut late in the musical world and is similar in your your partners. However, a good accompanist is like gold gets it there a real true artist in a different sense that a soloist is an artist out for me. If I were a soloist. My accompanist, you know, I is a also Wednesday, a secondary role. A much more flexible roles in IM because I find playing something and I want to take a little bit of who bought told little bit of extra time is a flutist, you could do that so you can take your breath gracefully without it sounding like you needing an iron lung. The culture around my companies can use it. Can you do a little bit of a retard. There can you breathe with me. They are sure you can do that in aligning self and as I play five if I get involved in some alarm within the Temple of it faster and accompanist will go right with me. It's an it's a true art a partnering using I would say would be more like two soloists and accompanist in oh two soloist kind of work together annually, he said sometimes one person will take the lead. Sometimes another person well. What an accompanist is someone that makes your life really easy, easy or I should say that a true artist, but it's like playing in the Symphony has played principal flute and I played second flute principal flute, you're more of the soloist and if you play second flute interplay duet with principal flute, you read where the principal flu wants to breed, if the principal flute needs a breath you take a little extra time. I think what the conductor you watch a conductor accompanying a soloist. He will watch the soloist. He probably won't even look at the orchestra that much as he will look at the soulless, what are the pianist hands doing when is there the vocalist getting ready intention was to take a breath when is the violinist changing bows you know so that's kind of the accompanist is a person that helps you to do your job. The best you can do while you continue to see the similarities between the Holy Spirit 's work in our life how that the Holy Spirit is working in us in every day life that whenever we have to take time to breathe it out where of their God is not breath of life. He is breathing into Aussie is giving us a spirit in his his word in bringing the word to life and were following in this partnership, and sometimes we are leading. We are doing that we are in the action of living our life and God is in the process of speeding supporting us with all of his power and his gifts in his presence, so I have one other thing you need to be seated. I guess I might call you back up. I don't know the head, but I I I found this on the Internet. Whenever I was talking think I put in the search was become minutes, and I came up with this one and it is the trans- Siberian Orchestra and it is their version of O holy night, and when I could do the whole thing just maybe two minutes of it that was José on the lead guitar is that those those they had to wait on that date, the partner in a company and the right mother watching it bots, you could hear the symphony, you could hear the guitar. He could hear the piano. You can hear all these strings, you know, and a something something will assess you. Why do you think we go to the symphony which of the Symphony will have it for a couple of years will use this this season passes for me. I love the strings, no, I love the strings run the loves of trumpets and in whatever but when you get the whole symphony and are doing a news. The strings violins and everything to me. It's is like heaven. But when you think of this deeply new. Can we see our life is perhaps sometimes we are the piano. Sometimes we are the guitar. Sometimes where the section a on the violins or whatever, but our life is put together our life is put together like a symphony. Our life is like that whole thing going on that orchestra going on, and in all of that. It's there every person in that orchestra is doing something at a specific time in the specific way. Following a pattern we ever see our life is. That's the way God is at work in our life. All of the things are going on around us, all of the young, the traffic in your driving and the people. The work. The things we do. We're all part of this symphony going on. And God is aware of everything that's going on it every moment of every day an incident to the extent that there is not even a sparrow that falls to the ground. The guy doesn't know it. There's not one hair of the files from your head that God doesn't know it, and that he is altogether this whole thing, and here we are trying and look at looking at our life and we think me with how far a farsighted. How nearsighted. How blind we are to think that we're the only performer in the whole orchestra because it's more than just us and what is happening in our life is more than just what happens to us or around us. We are part of this whole scenario where part of the body of Christ. We are part of this orchestra. And to think of and in that eleven. This is a walk with me work with me, Jesus talking about how that we need to enter into the yelp the King James version has take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, you shall find rest for your souls in the message Bible has walk with me work with me. Watch how I do it learn the unforced rhythms of grace learned the unforced rhythms of grace, how that God 's grace is an unforced rhythm on force Symphony of life and of love and of change and challenge and and how that he is going to be at work in the whole process to take us through an entire symphony an entire movement and I use the analogy of being a puzzle and that you know here we get the need of the puzzle. You look at the picture, then you can open the puzzled about the pieces you start putting together will. God sees the entire puzzle that God sees the entire picture of our life and how that our puzzle our life intermingles with others, and how that we all come together, but every pieces put together in our life. God knows that before we are born. God knew what that piece would be God knows how that that piece fits in with all the other pieces, and all those pieces are connected to the past and all those pieces are being put together and God is at work to make it good, God is working into a divine good. Program a divine symphony that God is putting together in our lives and we are part of it. You are part of the symphony of this church, you are part of the symphony of the body of Christ. Your part of the Symphony that God is moving here and around the world that you are supporting supporting the church in El Salvador supporting the church in Africa, supporting the church in your where part of that symphony is going on around the world. You see, I think sometimes we have a very limited scope of what God is trying to do what God is trying to do in our lives and lives of the people around us delve there are different stories and one of my favorite of course is Joseph in the Bible and how that Joseph has a dream and it is it is a dream that God has given him and the drain that God gave Joseph was in no I don't understand I get there's the sheaves of wheat and their all and they all bow down before me. Even the big sheets of his father, big sheaf of the chief of the father, but although they all bow down before Joseph and of course the sun, moon, stars and here is a God-given dream that his family doesn't get it. Here's a God-given dream that his family doesn't get it. NEC sometimes people don't get your dream. Some people don't understand what you're talking about with your thing, you know I I I I was the movie Amadeus. It's about Mozart and I love that movie to highlight highlight because the inmost heart, does this piece, you can write a symphony instead of the impression that the movie presented in and I think the people are like this that they can write in and they can hear a Symphony in their head and they can write it, they can put all those notes on on paper, they can put all those notes for every instrument and I can put it all on paper. And I can write entire answer, an entire symphony in because what they hear and see in their heads, while Joseph has a dream of people are going to bow down to them. People that he the person of important than the value. But here, but guess what, he's in the wrong place. He has the right to rabies in the wrong place and what you go through the goes through the jealousy of his brothers and his brothers from the pit. Just leave them there, but then they get the bright idea to nearly mouth will make some money out of Emily Stalin was a slave. So here is a dream and he is placed in a situation that he's never going to get out of you never get out of being a slave because being a slave mean somebody owns you. And if they can make money on your biggest value to someone else so slavery was a common denominator common market those days, so here's Joseph. He goes down and finds himself in Potiphar 's house, a spot by Potiphar and what is he due in his mind he knew his spirit. He knows that he has to excel. Where is what he is doing. He has to excel at what he does. You see this I believe is the work of God in our life that we are to excel reactive with actual loudness symphony to be its best, Lorraine, how many hours a date you practice to three hours every day to practices that will yelling work for the Symphony anymore she is the practice more sissy but now that he's retired it's due to three hours. So what we do with what the wheel are using our study are whatever we're doing. We're looking at how to make salad who we are as a person and the God-given dream that God has placed in our minds and our hearts is something that we have to allow God to work in us, so here's Joseph and he is he has the stream. These he's going to get people going about about the pin. So what does he do, he works his way to the top. He second enough in the house of Potter for only one person above in Potter for, so that what a man. Everybody in conifers, household wood had to bow down to Joseph a that's the fulfillment of the dream, right dream wrong place. While these people are bound down this must be what God meant unnecessarily like dream, wrong place, needed to move on from there. You never noticed in our life that whenever we have difficulties in that we were stepping studies in the back of the sago with her mom. It's like when definitely our site Debbie as she she hears me yelling difficulties come into our lives. Why do they always come at the most inopportune time. You know what I don't know is the right time for a difficulty to get out what things are really going good I could really use a good problem right about now that I like it really is a really really good, really bad problem to come into my life right now because you know I think it is too good, but that's not how it works but we know this, that whenever we are growling on in our life. Difficulties come in difficulties come. What if, what if, in the whole scenario of the puzzle being put together and in the orchestra in all this, that in the practice and the rehearsals of all the things are going on for the Symphony in the orchestra and all this to come together, somebody comes up flat and snail. I can I can excel at that being flat, but that especially comes the notes and sometimes with sermons. But anyhow, we find ourselves. It is place where something goes wrong. We had a plan and a purpose of the go wrong. Why do things go wrong when they go wrong at that time at that place at that moment. What if it is this obstacle that have to be gone through in order to come out the other side where God wants us to be. What if it is not the hand of God that but it is the permissive will of God, or when that happened, because here we have Joseph seeing himself as the leader and his family all my family members about alchemy, while many goes the potter 's house, sold as a slave slave all the Cyrus of service. The potter 's house are bound out and that's where that know what happens with Potter, Fern, his wife desires to be with Joseph and Joseph refuses and they send them off to prison. So here again, he finds himself being BAM at the wrong he's at the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people, or he's at the right place at the right time with the right people which is in our lives were more apt to say something it's the wrong place wrong time because look at what look at the things look at the events look at what has happened because they didn't, they haven't not flowing the way they should but guess what it is the interruption of that flow that causes us to Stockport whereat the rain envision what God wants to do in our life and see how God has been to take us to the next level. So the circumstances of our life. God is at work. What is he doing is accompanying us. He's partnering with us. How can I ever cancel the partnership with God. I'm if we want and desire. The partnership with God. He's not leaving God is in leaving the partnership I have with God is interested his yoke learned the unforced rhythms of grace. I like that one for music unforced rhythms of grace. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace God 's unmerited blessings upon our life. Learn how the unforced rhythms of grace flow into our lives. What about when you have a broken leg. What about when you have surgery. What about you know a backache headache pain in the neck pain. Besides you to left to do the right of you that you have one about the own for what I have all those things work the unforced rhythms of grace are that these people who are situations are not really the pain, but there just simply being used by God to take you to another level because you're writing a symphony, you are putting together a puzzle, you are putting together the pieces of our life and always that in this puzzles that word. This puzzle of life, the rhythms of grace, God sees the entire picture. He knows where he wants to take us and these are ways that God is getting our attention to stop and look again what he wants to do so, you know, is a one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel or is it really being how the goddess of work in my life, and Potter first wife framing Joseph in our doesn't seem like a good deal, but we know that in Joseph's life. He goes prison families the prison. What happens there, he will not allow himself to lose vision of where he needs to be sold the prison bars cannot keep him from becoming this person, this dreamer. He's a dreamer and what is a dreamer dreamer is a person who has ideas and has more, we can be what we can do what we can become how that this can work how that it can continue to grow on from Iraq. That's the dreamer and the dreamer, the God dreamer is the person who knows that in their heart. God is behind them. God is the motive motivator of the ideas. God is the one who has instigated the ideas, the dreams in our hearts. Then when we have the instigation may have those initiation of those dreams. We went to find a way to fulfill it. But what happens when things are out of our control continue to dominate our life experience and were still left with the dream. That's where we have to see the unforced rhythms of grace. That's what we see God at work behind the scenes in the scenes and part of everything going on. So here's Joseph now in prison. Prison is not a good place for Joseph not only makes the best of it for his own life. He makes the best of it for everybody around him, to the point that he is now second in command of all the prison only that the prison warden is the guy who is about him and what happens to everybody else that the bow down to Joseph because he's the head is the head honcho there is that man. And so in the present Delhi. We have the circumstances. Again were people commend every these are important people that drained. Then, while we got a dreamer here. Any knows what they mean well, Joseph interpret their dreams and what did he tell them. Please don't forget about that but don't forget me here in the present, get me out of this place get me a holiday behind these bars get me out of here and what happens to people whenever you ask the new trust and believe that they're going to help you. They forgot about you is one thing, people sometimes have a tendency to forget, but you see it is not the people that have to remember us. We have to remember that God knows us. God knows exactly where we are at. He knows the exact piece that we are putting into our puzzle you know the exact person that is being formed in the circumstances of life. You know the exact symphony that is being written about our life and all of the unforced rhythms of grace that flow into what God is doing at this very moment. So these people forget him, but the Joseph can't lose sight of who use these gods. God is at work in every aspect of our lives in every events of our lives in every attitude of our life of every dream in our life. God is at work. So if God is at work in every dream of our life, and that God is a God who instills faith and we must have faith to believe in what he wants us to believe in what must have faith. We must have the love of God to to love through us to love people who are elite know this seems as I I was kind of surprised the other day we were around. Walking return something out of from the store. You know into and were walking up the story Mrs. Lady got this package, you know it's huge and she struggling with it whatever and so me and I'll help you with that. She's got to give me all thing is not an off-topic area that I would be able to carry it in but anyhow I got talking choices you have a returning this we bought it for my daddy died Christmas Eve. It's like, okay, here I am right place right time right person. All about race. Here I am. I'm got a grieving I did that but anyhow we walked resulting in its abatement. She ended up telling me that her dad was part of some other hospice program, and it was a horrible situation and I said well you know I belong to that I worked with, then, that God is with you and help you in that were going to work this in the next thing you know, were talking about grief and loss and returning a television to the store that they ordered online and was that just the fate full chance encounter was that exactly where you needed to be the unforced rhythms of grace working in somebody's life that the person who is lost their father is not been forgotten by God unforced rhythms of grace, but here's Joseph in this president. And after you were interpreted these people 's dreams. That's it. And they forgot him and present itself for two more years. Joseph is there, what is he doing he is honing his skills of leadership. And if you can be a leader one six. He knew how to lead people ordinary sleep slaves. He knew how to now become a leader of the free people of Egypt and now he knows how to lead the very lowest people in a society that lived, not the lowest, but the most difficult people in the society but also rebound against leadership and in this gamer is a Nikolai Merz and Joseph has now learned how to take care of them. So every people all the people that he needs to learn how to lead. Joseph is now in print in position to lead them, and it's at that moment Pharaoh has dreams scared him half to death, to the point that the cupbearer that Joseph had interpreted the dreams for steps forward and says, I know somebody of the major items of the day, which are dreams are the same for Joseph. Joseph interprets dreams and this is the part after Joseph and told Pharaoh, the dreams and what's going to happen. Seven years affect seven years of prosperous prosperity and seven years of famine. The seven years of famine are going to need up everything that is good what how we can stop this. How would it help this. And Pharaoh said unto the officials isn't this the man we need are we going to find anyone else who has gone spirit in him like this. And that's the focus of how the God is going to lead us and how that that our lives are entering into the young with Jesus that we are in this life together with him and that he has and he's an accompanying us. He's partnering with us and all the best as the continental partnering are found in our relationship with Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit is at work in us to take us through each of the circumstances, situations, problems that we face isn't this the man we need isn't this what God enough as it is this the place that God is leading us and solves a slave right to reign wrong time. Potiphar 's house right dream, wrong time, present right dream, wrong time, but, being faithful in the unforced rhythms of grace, there is a man when Pharaoh has the needs. There is a man who has the spirit of God in him. You see, that's the spirit that makes us different. The spirit of God, because that spirit will lead us teach us, guide us accompany us a company partner looking out for us. We look out for God. We do not offend him that our spirit is not offensive to the Holy Spirit and that his spirit is leading us each step of the way at the right time at the right place at the right situation, Pharaoh sent for Joseph. Joseph Penzance interprets the dream second-in-command. Now all of Egypt. But one man, all of the then known world, but one man bowed to Joseph dream long time ago, not in Bethlehem, a long time ago in Israel with his father. He had a dream, a God dream and God is at work in our lives he gives us our dreams and he has the power to fulfill them unforced rhythms of grace partner with the other work, the company partner and a company that's what God is doing in the spirit in this new year. That's our desire to have God drains and then allow God to accompany us and partner with us in every aspect of our lives and unforced rhythms of grace and were to have a symphony going on around us in a so less when we're in where Harpers, the harps we disheartened on everything. I couldn't help but I'm sorry, so it stands out with yet another song would likely notice on for us, yes, but that she's going to sit down, sit down, sit down, played or sung them will close in prayer unforced rhythms of grace that while I key in this unforced rhythms of grace is good or I I will I and I and I will I will and will I and I and I and you will him, and I and I will I will will him will and will will and will and will and will and will and will and will will will will and will and will is will and was using while the in unforced rhythms of grace partnering and accompanying music. While God is involved in every aspect of our life, MN, father, thank you for your blessing thank you for the strength to give us. Thank you, oh God, for your word that is alike to our path into our minds and our hearts as we go through the day and we go through the difficulties Lord, we pray for those are having surgery, got we pray your anointing upon them, we pray, O God, for your your hand be upon the surgeons and guide them as they do their work. Maybe your hand at work God for those who are ill insect in them. I has got. We pray for your healing touch in each of us, Lord in our every day events, but the Air Force unforced rhythms of grace. The symphony of your love come together in us, so we might sense and feel and understand you are at work for a situation and then God blessThe message I have today is a company or partner, and the understanding that we have between these two words are similar but different company partner and I was thinking of it in the context of how that the Holy Spirit is accompanying us, and partnering with us and it's it. The symphony of your love come together in us, so we might sense and feel and understand you are at work for a situation and then God bless
