Philippians 2
1) If there is therefore any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassion,
2) make my joy full, that you be of the same mind, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind;
3) doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself;
4) each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.
5) Have this in your mind, which was also in Christ Jesus,
6) who, existing in the form of God, didn‘t consider it robbery to be equal with God,
7) but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men.
8) Being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, yes, the death of the cross.
9) Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name;
10) that at the name of Jesus every knee would bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth,
11) and that every tongue would confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God, the Father.
12) So then, my beloved, even as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
13) For it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.
14) Do all things without murmurings and disputes,
15) that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world,
16) holding up the word of life; that I may have something to boast in the day of Christ, that I didn‘t run in vain nor labor in vain.
17) Yes, and if I am poured out on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice, and rejoice with you all.
18) In the same way, you also rejoice, and rejoice with me.
19) But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, that I also may be cheered up when I know how you are doing.
20) For I have no one else like-minded, who will truly care about you.
21) For they all seek their own, not the things of Jesus Christ.
22) But you know the proof of him, that, as a child serves a father, so he served with me in furtherance of the gospel.
23) Therefore I hope to send him at once, as soon as I see how it will go with me.
24) But I trust in the Lord that I myself also will come shortly.
25) But I counted it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker, fellow soldier, and your messenger and minister to my need;
26) since he longed for you all, and was very troubled, because you had heard that he was sick.
27) For indeed he was sick, nearly to death, but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, that I might not have sorrow on sorrow.
28) I have sent him therefore the more diligently, that, when you see him again, you may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.
29) Receive him therefore in the Lord with all joy, and hold such in honor,
30) because for the work of Christ he came near to death, risking his life to supply that which was lacking in your service toward me.
Psalm 133
1) See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!
2) It is like the precious oil on the head, That ran down on the beard, Even Aaron‘s beard; That came down on the edge of his robes;
3) Like the dew of Hermon, That comes down on the hills of Zion: For there Yahweh gives the blessing, Even life forevermore. Psalm 134 A Song of Ascents.

You need to write these down case you need them now because I said so well, what are some other ones are the parents of your child's at the government. What that your faith in your phrase that way yet. I just stop it. Brian, I'll be just the more rounded to seven right about the method is a is now think of things is not necessarily were used on Oswego 's note confirming the someone out. Gary God( I know that if my my my debt. I told you about my brother, my dad and my brother was my brother next meeting the needs Italy's since it is not a guide with cancer number of years ago. So yeah, I know you can speak ill of the dead, but my brother was the data he has never child-abuse. My dad would be in jail. I mean, you know back then, but not many. In a dispute with you, wouldn't he just wouldn't listen, and my dad was that Mike might have as well. Those individuals that week we took in an open network to job working the coal mines, now forty hours a week. Drove to work in all I can stop we had a farm. We find all least two hundred acres. We knelt anywhere from thirty centimeters sixty some head of cattle, morning and night and a Miguel, that's a lot of work it on plus being in the minds coming home and no, the Hague, and bringing in paying the bill all planning of and profit part of the problem we were the only was he was always on the young is always right there is a Boston line is all it was a lot of pressure on him, and I remember we were always take my dad was a softy that we would always taken people and get out there for whatever reason, how we got on this list, but there was. There was a judge and in Culver City would give people to my death. Instead of going to jail. They were gumdrops now always wondered why dad you know, so now we are just under his one guys name. I will those lessons that was George and and he was the biggest lie you told why he was in the military was in. He was in the special forces. He was in Vietnam. It was a volley. He wasn't in the event, but Italian historian are you always tired and he's one's bowl all of my silver dollars. I like twenty five silver dollars that were eighteen hundreds of nights and early nineteen hundreds were gifts to me and I had a special silver dollar. George told I'm a special place in my heart for George but the one I remember George Conway Danielle and I know the barn barn work is not easy. You know it. We now have machinery to do all the stop whenever I was a kid growing up. You had to shovel the door with a pitchfork and human Joanne and you have pins where the cattle. Cows and been all winter and at that stock level layers up, and you wonder how that the ceiling got so close to the house. It wasn't that the ceiling was coming down. It was at the floor was coming up so you activate that floor back down to ground level and so you would have to lower enter the wagon into the into the restaurant. Okay, so I know what it is like to shovel manure for a long period of time that as it may budget on there was a distinct aroma that came from the one that you never really much about you that you didn't even know will one day George decides that enough. Sony comes in the house doesn't pick up his boots, walks into the kitchen sits down able doesn't work doesn't take change. Yet, usually than you doing that, you change things for the house. George subsidizes I'm going back to the bar never forget my dad got up across the table, grabbed Jordan pull the monkey says you either Pittsburgh or or pack your bags for? I thought it was one of the things my dad was yelling is a very compassionate guy is very kind. I have like eighteen children stay with us. We had people stay with us. That should've never stayed with us. I remember this is one guy. This is in my sermon. I went through my survey out. I is this one guy cannot remember his name, and we got him from poor day towards the Zionist state mental hospital, Kate and had hot your mom works there yet but she knows some of the people that we had and there was this guy became in AK because I came to the house and he was. He had a very large stomach much larger than mine, and I'm not trying to get there. Believe me, but anyhow I have Abraham, and in any European role as bread on his belly to and I want to do this is quite at the dead accident in the bunny with a guy that my dad told in the pipe. The calf is outside the capital bar so this individual calf and put the rope around his neck and find out the rest of an apron lay down. It was where I like is there a delight as found in recalled toys and having taken that but that things really got to meet my dad and get it all at the resident was the soccer guy around his bars that young Canadian children taking in needy people. We we had e-mailed that might my parents and then had my grandmother, grandfather lived with us for years the euro with no retirement of things like that. My grandfather couldn't work anymore had a stroke. He lived with us the latest yell. There was no expense, no rent like that. It was just family and on Sundays. You never knew who was to show up on Sundays for meal you have five people you have twenty people to show up for lunch on Sunday afternoon and was just going out people just coming and going, so what is was we look at this. Your attitude should be the same as that of Jesus Christ. What is the attitude of Jesus Christ. If you are saying, you know you're writing it down, what would you think of what would you think of an attitude. What would he be like to see if you know Scott, a condemning God 's got a love you. We know that God is love, but what does love being an out of blob visible how this law gives freedom of choice. How does love work in an environment where there has to be direction. God has to direct our lives. Because you know we can get kind of crazy, with who we are and we can get time off balance as to what we do in our lives. So what is love look like. What is an attitude of Jesus while one of the attitude we see here is he being the very nature of God. He and God did not consider equality with God as something to be grasped that so James is now he is God is and God, and the same God the father, God the son, God the Holy Spirit triune being one God, yet separate his God, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human life and being found in the appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death, even the depth of crawl. So what is the attitude of Jesus PS God bought gave up on that to become like us. And the reason he became like us is that he could die, being God, he cannot die. He is eternal being, God does not have to suffer pain. He doesn't have to suffer different disappoint or what we would consider failure or rejection. He has to become then, in order to experience those things so he gave up the divinity, so that he can become like ass, and it is this type of experiences that any of you look and what it can let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, is another another Scripture, but your ratchet should be the same as that of Jesus Christ that we have a relationship with God. That puts us places us on the level on a level on the play that is the far surpasses anything we can attain on her own body and this relationship we have with God. It enables us, and to take on the attitude of a servant of serving one another and today being Father's Day, we are looking at all that we has fathers railway to our children. The like kids about about me that it has on breaking off the but no man hardware project oriented in a manner that allows the project oriented, you have a bunch of men getting together Wednesday night. Men are coming together what we have to do. We have to have a project, Roderick on the government, but the tenth of what you gave her women were meeting them. I asked what for the outlays you called me a little nap ever reason to get together and is and is like one of those things that because men mostly have to have projects and things that they can gather around to gather around the conversation in ways that gather on conversations and gather up my life. We were at the wedding, and there is a lady sat next to her neither one of them were verbally challenged. I talked all evening. I met a new friend, but my my wife is not a person that the there is no strangers just people she has a budget and penalizes one another and that's exactly it out and enhance another very good. I've been personality. All are proud to have governed for me, it has to be a project solving out with my kids feel there has to be a project without the visit David Jenny and I got out there. Damon has started a ditch on the side of his house because the neighbors know, and in this development, wireless, it's all downhill and the neighbors on their downspout drains right down the hill in the back of David's house and when it rains. There is huddled of water. There in wintertime. This is the muddy mess. So my last visit was arranged, but a ditch and here I was thinking of maybe a six inch bits, you know. And now are so I got there. Damon started that he was, but the about ten feet. Data foot of layabout Debbie died an end and it was started in no project that it is such a vague need to be done and and more negative would be back in about eight inches wide and were put for the pipe in the bottom rebellion was no any unlike two over two ton unit happens though in the driveway today we got two days that had a project. The way I thought we go to Rachel 's and it's the same thing that unhappiness is a project and you know, but I don't know. Again, I like project. I like to do things like many men like projects, but we're looking at the thought of my sermon is the power of presence, power, presence, what does your presence. We the individuals you're welcome, especially with your winter children, one guy wrote this, I read this because I may sixty two -year-old father in one grandfather, and so some of you are much younger than that. So I found this a much younger individual who is happens to be at the forty or have they says he found himself in an uncomfortable situation. He said definitely out of my comfort zone and in way over my head. The reason for my anxiety. This is good writing, the Nintendo Wii is the WI that we visit my son turned eleven and scored a Wii for his birthday. It was time for dad to take a turn. I was given the controller, and in no time at all. I lost all my lies allow the virtual galaxy to be one among for some reason page. Possibly I just couldn't get it. My son was quite gracious and in this moment that it's okay to sit there with me and watch it you'll get it. I know you well and so I did. I sat and watched inside and watched and sat and watched the I still don't entirely understand how the maneuver. Somebody called Mariel, but I'm only forty one lives upon the power presents the Scriptures space are added to being the same as that of Christ. He says he'll be in the very nature of God made himself nothing, taking on the very nature of a servant, being made in human like this, you think that Jesus never feels out of place with us to think that Jesus never feels out of place. I mean, he's got surely he would be out of place with me what you see, he's not. And when Jesus was here when he was walking near the city feel out of place with a felt out of place had his most confrontational times with religious people in the religious people are very, very difficult time with him because he didn't come the way they wanted him to see that's why it's important that we challenge our thoughts about what we think about God because most the time, our thoughts about God are not his thoughts and that's why we need to read this Scripture we need to have devotionals and we needed your hand emotional with our children. Our children and emotional with themselves and with us because it's important that we understand the list as they were talking about illness. Some people have been abused now, under the authority of a program of a father figure. Maybe physically, mentally, sexually maybe just a bad and sometimes not that type of image carries over to one that must be what God is, is not true at all don't mean they may have suffered things under that a person who thinks of themselves as a father figure and that's why it's important that we know what our father got visits as a result, the same word is an entirely different perspective, God our father is one who loves us. He knows us completely. He knows the very hairs of our head for those of us who are falling to a challenge, but the word followed hair follicles pay for those of you who don't know that ball, but the South. Those of us who are falling for a challenge. I was a FFF FFF got the very hairs of my head, and a lot of the Justice a K E be the reason that we feel out of place with something or someone is because were not in a familiar setting. God is always familiar with us, because God has always been with us even though we did not run were not within organ imaging knowledge and iguanas being there with us. He desires to be in that relationship with everyone is not the will of God than any should perish, so those who are the worst of sinners, God is there within challenging and charging them and convincing them, but they refused to obey the refused to listen Bill and you when it's all said and done, we all stand before God, every knee shall bow and every time to invest is Christ as Lord in the end, everyone is good about before God, and as some of them are not a say on God, you never and they will remember every time the Spirit of God spoke to their heart tried to redirect their path. Try to bring them into a relationship with God. Every time God was rejected in their life. They will remember it, so there will not one person ever be able to say God you never tried to reach no one will ever be able to say so. God is at work trying to reach us of God is not uncomfortable with you because he knows us. He knows he's been there all the time and use it whenever we think about our relationship with others. It is a relationship and unfamiliar acting that we are familiar with our children, our grandchildren, we are familiar with children. I didn't realize this and I wonder missionaries. It was here once it got going to Georgia, but that Locascio may have written me a written run in a couple different times. Their children still speak of being here and being with us at lunch because they have been in many different churches, but they never had a pastor. Pay attention to their children. No amount of pain on the following areas, all narrative and then I I think this ledger 's dog is what you're supposed to do as I don't really like cats you like the children you want to know whatever is necessary for our children, our teens whoever, whatever is sorry for them. Your weather in vacation Bible school are going to going to Hershey for the gift convention weather is what ever they need. We wanted to iPhone and because we don't want hammer home in obstacle is that the lamb. Our children whatever you want. There is a you can coast on in the summer whatever you want. Let us now will try and find a way to get you there was what goes on in your life now will shape you forever if I remember growing up in the church and saw that my church experience is worked in and out, some of them were the foundational experiences that we only hear sure we had bad experiences no, but that doesn't change God gotten over the so and attitude. The latitude of giving the power. The presence of God is the power of God 's presence wanting to give to us in part was his life impart to us, forgive, impart to us, so whenever we think of what is it like to know Jesus. Some people who never thought about God that their idea of God would be knowing you. That's why it's important that we have this understanding of what it is like to know God and be reflective of the because that's what it is like in many people 's lives. To know God is to know you and forefathers and grandfather is a named young boys to know God you an example. We are examples we are alike shiny dark and attitude of giving an attitude of caring an attitude of being different bill in my my senior class in high school I I I thought I was you know, I was basically the only I thought I was the only Christian but out of that out of our class. We now have six preachers never sixty seven in our class is a big high school class, but I think we have their six six or seven guys who are in the ministry out of all of our class. Now I don't know what effect I don't ball played sports together at the time we play sports. They were not attending church or not, but I knew that they were, but how many people were affected by that I don't know whether was by me, your hopefully I had some input, but they're still my friends are still people that I know. And there ain't on therein and in the ministry and was in high school I was no hope. I was no outstanding person. I was just me trying to get through was talking about. This is not the subject. This this individual that was our contract with conference. He's the attorney for the similes of God is the attorney for the service of God, and when he was in eleventh grade. They told him he was in that he was uneducable on it will anoint his words to put a guy he used the word stupid. That's with some of his teachers told him that he was stupid and that he would never amount to anything the eleventh grade. He found Jesus and maintain your newsletter. Christ confessed his sins had a relationship with Jesus Christ. Read the book of James, and in the book, which is the book of James. This is a very mad lack wisdom, let him ask of God, and that are so impressed him that he needed the wisdom of God to pull his thoughts began managing man is an absolute genius. People didn't know how to teach and and he got into Harvard Law school as a special needs student Harvard Law school 's a special needs student, and he graduated straight A's. He reads every every legal document. The raise he has he knows he's right. It he he sits on national boards appointed by the government by United of the oil by the Washington he sets on national boards. He's written over a hundred books co-opted and written over a hundred books and in the eleventh grade. They told him he was uneducable. See what happens. Others hope for us right after the so what happens, who believes in someone enough to bring them from that place to another one. Hopefully it is not relationship with God that has an hassle life changing its areas, and in it, it is it was in audio talk about how that we put things in perspective. We put things in balance. It's a know God is, is the law got into experience God 's love is to change us, and to experience God 's word is a way of changing our life and in an is a life-changing changing experience. We are examples for Christ we have opportunity, let us do good unto all men. Some children learn from what they see children learn from what they hear, let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth Psalm one thirty three. How wonderful. How beautiful. When brothers and sisters get along that that's talking about the dog brothers and sisters in the Lord, not kids. I remember the videogame you have this is a member loses his back. I did you ever have the vaccine provided don't cross that line off. I thought this car. You know what's going to happen. No joke. One guy said he and wife water is a good reason to get the boat crossed that line is involved in their that in all regular David, I think they know they those things. Rachel Rachel always had David Robinette. I mean, she was always drag-and-drop and out and she was always the boss and always know what to do, we find this out for many years later as it is to say, Rachel, you got something to stop itch in all rights IMHO issues diseases. Five. Put dynamite in Oklahoma. She thought special needs high school students, and in her class. There were some of the six foot six Gato people from the inner-city spirits and spiritually retarded mentally retarded and they call her back because you never wanted corner I saw hard work. She was more to it. She would tell a scheduling order. Jim fighter aircraft under their check anyway that integrates energetic and Jay Solomon are back to business. There are back in your corner down by one day. But they admit Rachel damage out. She always have. They would run ahead drag them around this Sunday and hit the stumps knocked them up and they told us later needed a bladder invited Blatter a header but they never told us about that not till they were grown up, or when they were in college. They lived together and they became the closest the best of friends and still are to this day when they were growing up. You never but they never talk to each other whether but being an example and being a father being a family putting things together and in the most important things ask for forgiveness. When you're wrong, being human, be a person because what regard they were trying to teach our children we teach them by example. The wives seek input from others in the family. The final decision is yours. But we need to know what other people think, because how can we teach how do you learn how to make decisions. You don't learn the process of what is not a dictatorship, and they need to know people need to know how to choose there was a class called failure one oh one failure one oh one and the whole purpose of the class was to have students fail not. The class, but failed project, access is much easier to handle the new and how do we deal with when things don't go right, sometimes in our families, those same things happen and we are often honest with what's going on power, presence, you know how to live and love and be there. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is pure, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good report, if there is any excellence, if anything worthy of praise, think on these and one of the things this guy is a guy that wrote the first one that I read is the same guy who wrote this one, he says my daughter asked me to look through a catalog with her just set with me dad. This only take a minute she had circled a sweater that caught her. I wanted to make sure that it was on my holiday radar and so I did we sat and looked at every page until we came to the reason for our sitdown. The correct size and color RAM size, followed by a hug around the neck exists on the G and something like, you're the greatest that ever daughters are smart. Remember kids are gracious and were learning. There's no manual that interview get the manual page in the menu drove away with it. It was each one different, so we are learning. Learning how to how utterly vital it is to them that the father set-aside adult privileges and sit for a while and humble ourselves and enter their world. We don't have to get a high score are even like hoodies, we just have to be there with them. Your presence would be to sit there with your presence is passing along something to them that may really be close to the word Elohim Jackson. My grandson is not here to say all that, but he is great for Popeye sit here, Baja six here and there something we can learn from Father's Day Papa. Pray with your children. Let your children right with you here therefore get a devotional read the devotion read it. Talk about it. Let them, but it's more portable receipt communication is a two-way street. Not only do other people each other 's feet and hopefully hopefully each otherYou need to write these down case you need them now because I said so well, what are some other ones are the parents of your child's at the government. What that your faith in your phrase that way yet. I just stop it. Brian, I'll be just the more rounded to seven right about the method is a is now think of things is not necessarily were used on Oswego 's note confirming the someone out. Not only do other people each other 's feet and hopefully hopefully each other
